We guarantee the quality of all of our merchandise that is sold from our online store. We will gladly replace or refund any defectives items you may have received.
If you are unsatisfied with the fit, color or size of an item you have purchased you may return it and choose the item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you are not completely happy with.
Please note the following restrictions:
- Item must be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Items that have been laundered will only be credited or exchanged.
If you have changed your mind on your purchase do to the style, fit, color or for any other reason you must ship the items back. Include a copy of your invoice and describe on the invoice the reason for the return. If you are looking for an exchange please note the style and size of the desired item.
You are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend you use Priority Mail or a carrier that provides tracking. Skater Wear is not responsible for lost shipments.
If we have made the mistake, for example - we shipped the wrong style, size or color item or the item is defective, please contact Skater Wear 616-827-8166 and a representative will assist with the return process.
