Reliability of Sellers

Since inception, skaterpowerboats.com has had the privilege of putting countless buyers and sellers together to create business deals that benefit all parties.  The vast majority of people, both buyers and sellers are a pleasure to deal with and are people of integrity who keep their word and honor the deals they make.  Dealing with people like this makes our business very enjoyable and allows transactions to take place without listing contracts and lengthy legal agreements.  In fact, all the transactions that we execute are done via "gentlemen's agreements" - that is the seller verbally agrees to pay a sales commission and honors that commitment when the deal is done.

Every once in a while there is an unfortunate situation where people do not honor their commitment.

The following people have disregarded their "gentlemen's agreement" and opted instead to ignore their commitment.  Many would consider this stealing.  I am satisfied to simply warn others of the potential pitfalls of dealing with these people without a firm and binding legal agreement in place.  The people are:

Mike Wodaszewski
Clark Gruninger - Gruninger's  Performance Marine

If you have to conduct business with these people, make sure you either get paid up front or have a legally binding written contract in place.
